Bio:
John has been in the utility profession more than 25 years and is skilled in the management, operations and maintenance of wastewater and treatment systems and is responsible for regulatory reporting/monitoring for the Southern Regions. He develops action plans and capital expense budgets for facility owners to maintain and upgrade treatment facilities and equipment.
