Joe has been in the utility profession more than 20 years and is skilled in the management, operations, and maintenance of wastewater and treatment systems. He is responsible for regulatory reporting/monitoring for the Northern Regions. He develops action plans and capital expense budgets for facility owners to maintain and upgrade treatment facilities and equipment.
